ACMister is confident you will find the workmanship of our products to be satisfactory. However, in the event you are not satisfied please contact our Customer Service department at (866) 6-ACMIST (622-6478) during normal business hours.

AC Mister will refund the purchase price of your product. You will be given instructions on how to ship the product back to us when you call.  In all cases, ACMister does not refund any shipping charges to return the product.  In the case of a defective item you will not be charged shipping to send a new product to you.
